Terms

The site

This site is run by Multiplayer Gaming Podcast LLC. The episodes, show notes, logos, and artwork belong to the show. Please do not copy them without asking.

Other people’s content

Game names, cover art, trailers, and store pages belong to their owners. Game data is credited on each page that uses it. News stories link to the outlets that wrote them.

Links and opinions

News stories, store pages, trailers, and other links go to sites we do not run. What those sites say is their own and does not represent the views of the Video Gamers Podcast, and a link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

Opinions on the show and on this site belong to the hosts and guests who give them. Reviews, lists, ratings, and posts by members belong to those members and are not the views of the show.

Trademarks

Game names, logos, and other trademarks belong to their owners. The Video Gamers Podcast is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher, developer, platform, or store named on the site, unless we say so.

Member accounts

Members must be 13 or older. Keep your username family friendly and follow the Community rules. Only games rated up to M (Mature) can go on lists. The hosts and moderators can reset a username, turn off a profile picture, or close an account that breaks the rules. You can delete your own account at any time.

No guarantees

Release dates and store details change. We try to keep them right, but the store is the final word.

Game information from IGDB and Steam, and the Steam library import, are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or uninterrupted access. Neither we nor Valve, IGDB, or the games' publishers and developers are liable for any damages from using them. Steam may change or stop the import at any time; games already on your lists stay. This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Valve or Steam.
